News From the District Board

Your new board is already in motion! At its post-Conference board meeting, this group took the following action:

• Ratified the governor's program team and special appointments for 2013-2015.
• Started the ball rolling on 2014 Conference in Austin by issuing an advance to the Conference Co-Chairs.
• Studied a bid by the San Antonio Club to host Conference in 2015.

The next formal board meeting will be the midyear meeting, when the board will meet at the hotel planned to host 2014 Conference in Austin. They will tour the facility and begin to pass along their excitement about the event.
